Purpose of the role: to provide clerical and administrative supportt
Your main duties will be to provide clerical and administrative support for Pension Wise project workers; to answer the telephone, make appointments, take messages or provide general information; to collate statistics and prepare reports; to help staff the bureau’s main reception and assist with general administration as required.
You will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be a confident user of IT, with the ability to work as part of a team of paid staff and volunteers.
