Special notice
The Bureau will close at 1.00pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024. We are closed on 25 and 26 December but will be open for email and telephone advice from 10.00am to 3.00pm on Friday 27 December 2024 and Monday 30 December. On Tuesday 31 December we will be open from 10.00am to 1.00pm for drop-in, telephone and email advice. We are closed on 1 and 2 January and will re-open as normal on Friday 3 January

A limited number of appointments can be arranged for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as resources allow.
Multiple Debt Enquiries: All debt enquiries should be made via the telephone advice line or by email.
Disability Living Allowance/PIP/Attendance Allowance applications: Appointments are available on request by contacting the appointment line on: 01506 436132.
Please note – the Bureau is still located in Shiel House (now known as Almondbank Centre) – the new entrance is at the other end of the building, on the same side via the library entrance.
