15 March 2016, 10.30am - 2pm, MacDonald Holyrood Hotel, Edinburgh
Citizens Advice Scotland’s Consumer Futures’ non-domestic water market event will be of interest to all charities which have been affected by issues relating to the billing and collection of water charges, including debt recovery practice.
Delegates will have an opportunity to hear different perspectives about key trends relating to competition in the non-domestic market for water and sewerage services, including how competition is currently catering for charities and SMEs. Other inputs will include updates on key issues by the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, and by the Scottish Government. Attendees will include licensed providers, charities and representatives from the business community, including business representative bodies.
The event will take place on Tuesday 15 March 2015 in the Salisbury 2 Room, the MacDonald Holyrood Hotel, 81 Holyrood Road, Edinburgh EH8 8AU. Registration will be between 10.30am and 11am, with teas and coffees available upon arrival. The formal programme will run between 11am and 1pm, and the event will close with a networking lunch between 1pm and 2pm.
