Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS), our 61 member Citizen Advice Bureaux (CAB), the Citizen Advice consumer service, and the Extra Help Unit, form Scotland’s largest independent advice network. Advice provided by our service is free, independent, confidential, impartial and available to everyone. We are champions for both citizens and consumers and in 2013/14 the Citizens Advice Service in Scotland helped over 330,000 clients in Scotland deal with over one million issues overall.  

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager.  

The Programme Manager will effectively manage the Programmes Team in driving performance and setting, monitoring and achieving project objectives on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer. They will develop, implement and maintain project policies, procedures and systems in line with best practice in programme management as well as manage the relationships with stakeholders and ensure the service delivery of programmes within CAS in line with the specific terms and conditions of the contracts to meet or exceed stakeholders expectations.
