Welfare Rights Officer (Part Time), Skye and Lochalsh Citizens Advice Bureau

Motivated person required who has knowledge of the benefit system and the ability to work as a representative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.  The role specifically focuses on welfare rights advice and representation work at Tribunal level. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of working in a client facing environment, have the ability to research complex material and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexibility is required for lone working to meet with most vulnerable clients in locations suitable for them.
