Chief Officer - Glasgow - Maryhill and Possilpark Citizens Advice Bureau

We are recruiting a Chief Officer with exceptional business and people skills who will positively lead the management team and work with the Board to develop and deliver a new 5 year strategy to improve the organisation our outcomes for clients.

This is an exciting role that will appeal to candidates who are motivated by enabling the team to meet the many challenges of the current context; sound financial and risk management, robust systems to meet performance requirements, increasing the visibility and reputation of the CAB and attracting new and sustainable forms of income.

You will bring a successful track record as Chief Executive, Director or Senior Manager in a relevant and comparable organisation that delivers services to clients or members. A passion for social justice and an ability to deliver services in a volunteer based, third sector organisation with a trustee Board are essential.
