Moray Citizens Advice Bureau, based in Moray, is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. 

We are looking for a client-focused individual to join us as a Welfare Rights Adviser. In this specialist role you will help clients presenting with a broad range of benefit enquiries including, doing full benefits checks, representing clients for both new disability / other benefit applications, renewals and appeals. Together with other core and specialist advisors you will support clients experiencing financial hardship to get the help they need in relation to housing, debt, physical and mental health difficulties.  We adopt a holistic approach to our service delivery and anticipate demand will come from clients with disabilities, clients experiencing mental health issues; caring responsibilities and other complex benefit and debt related issues. All Moray CAB services are tailored to individual client needs.
