We are looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to provide support to vulnerable clients who are first-time benefit applicants, seldom-heard groups and those who face particular barriers in accessing social security.  In addition support people to increase their household incomes, ensuring these groups of people are aware of the financial support available to them.

An in depth knowledge of welfare benefits and a holistic approach is required in order to assist with income maximisation.  The successful candidate will effectively manage their own workload in an organised and professional manner and have the ability to produce and maintain records thereby allowing statistical monitoring as required.
