About the job:
The Volunteer Support Worker role provides comprehensive support and advice to generalist advisers in order for them to assist the general public with their enquiries. They will carry out case work for clients to enable them to progress and resolve their issues. They will be involved in training and supporting volunteers to develop their skills.
