Universal Support Officer (Part Time, Fixed Term), Musselburgh and District Citizens Advice Bureau

Musselburgh Citizens Advice is looking to recruit a Universal Support Officer to take the lead on Universal Credit enquiries in the bureau.  While full training will be given, an up-to-date knowledge of the benefits system and an understanding of Universal Credit will be an advantage.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service manner, good organisation, communication and IT skill, all necessary for dealing effectively with Universal Credit enquiries.
