About the job:
The Bureau is seeking to recruit a Universal Credit Support Worker. The Worker will be expected to conduct face to face interviews with clients, oversee appointments made / cancelled within an electronic system, assist clients through the first 5 weeks of UC applications and maintain comprehensive case records.
Experience in welfare benefits and money advice is essential as is a good knowledge of computer systems and applications. The successful candidate must also have a commitment to the work of the CAB service.
