Angus Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.
Angus Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated person to ensure the provision of quality advice and information service to the public by supporting and assisting volunteer advice workers on a day to day basis.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills and commitment to provide support for paid and volunteer workers and ensure the quality of advice work. They should have a successful track record in the advice sector, working with volunteers, communicating and liaising with varying organisations, delivering advice and information services to clients, and preferably, have completed CAB adviser training.
This post also involves assisting towards ensuring a high standard of quality advice and adherence to CAS Membership Standards and Scottish National Standards.
We expect candidates to be self-motivated, have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills, be computer literate with a commitment to continuous improvement. They will understand the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
