The prime function of all paid posts in the bureau is to support the organisation’s volunteer based generalist advice service and to contribute to national and local social policy development activities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to support and deliver training to volunteers, and ensure that the service delivered meets the required quality assurance standards. They will have a successful track record in managing a team, communicating and liaising with varying organisations, delivering advice and information services to clients, and have completed CAB adviser training.
You must also be able to work under pressure and use your initiative as well as working as part of a larger advice team.
You will have excellent organisation, communication and IT skills and be willing to develop the service to meet growing consumer technological needs.
