Drumchapel Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure the provision of a quality advice and information service to the public.  We are an established Citizens Advice Bureau with a solid reputation for delivering well-managed, proactive, quality assured services, directly and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.

This post specifically exists to supervise and ensure the delivery of a high quality generalist advice service within the Drumchapel Citizen’s Advice Bureau.  It will involve supporting a team of advisors who deliver the service and checking the quality of their work. 

Applicants must have a good knowledge of benefits and money advice in order to deliver and oversee a high quality advice service. It is an advantageous requirement that the successful applicant has had supervisory experience in an advice giving environment.

They will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.

The post is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Basic Disclosure Certificate
