Airdrie CAB is looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to oversee the development and delivery of special projects of Airdrie CAB in response to the needs of the area and in line with the strategy and key priorities of Airdrie CAB. We are one of the largest and most innovative Citizens Advice Bureau in Scotland with a solid reputation for delivering well-managed, proactive, quality assured services, directly and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills and commitment to provide day to day management and supervision of staff/volunteers within special projects operated by Airdrie CAB. They will have a successful track record of managing staff and/or volunteers and of successful project development including knowledge of current funding environment. An understanding of legal services and Law Centre Development is also desirable.
We expect candidates to be self-motivated and results driven, have excellent leadership qualities and be able to accept responsibility. They will have a commitment to partnership working and be able to innovate and generate new ideas.
