About the job

You will join our busy Business Operations Team providing the In-Court Lay Representation team with administrative support and co-ordination to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided for local citizens.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, handling telephone calls from the public and partners, arranging appointments and ensuring people using our service have the practical support they need to participate in meetings virtually or in person. You will contribute to day-to-day administrative tasks and provide casework support to the Money Advice Link Worker. This is a busy public facing office so you will need to be well organised, be a team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with challenging situations. You will be numerate and literate with excellent IT skills and be comfortable working within our principles and values.
