The purpose of the role is to provide an independent Welfare Rights and Tribunal Service across North Lanarkshire. This will include ongoing casework, up to and including representation at the 1st Tier/Upper tribunal, overseeing this service delivery and working closely with other WRO’s based within Bureaux across North Lanarkshire.
