We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious individual who wants to be part of a nationally accredited information and advice service.
A positive attitude and good communication skills on the telephone, by e-mail and in person are required. You will be a good team player, able to work on your own initiative to improve the operation and coordination of the team. You will have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Management Team and Session Supervisor to ensure the delivery of a high quality generalist advice service within Dundee Citizens Advice Bureau. It will involve checking the quality of work at all levels and ensuring this complies with Scottish National Standards and the Citizens Advice Scotland membership criteria. This post also supports the learning and development of a high quality service by providing formal training to volunteers as and when required. Administrative support will be an integral part of this role.
