About the job

We provide generalist and specialist advice to the public throughout South Lanarkshire.

Pension Wise is a new service, beginning in April 2015, which will provide high quality free, confidential, impartial and independent advice to the public on their financial options on retirement, empowering them to make informed decisions on their relevant finances.  The service will be delivered through Citizens Advice Bureaux with specialist advice being provided by Pension Wise Agents, supported by an Administrator based in East Kilbride.

The successful applicant will be experienced in working in a busy office environment and will have a good standard of general education with excellent administrative and organisational skills.  They will be confident in the use of a range of computer software packages and be able to communicate successfully with clients, staff and others, verbally and in writing, in support of the delivery of the service and in the compilation of reports.
