About the job

The Bureau provides generalist and specialist advice to the public.

            Working with the Lanarkshire Citizens Advice Bureaux in the Patient Advice and Support Service, the Patient Adviser will provide advice and information to clients who wish to give feedback or comments, or to raise concerns or complaints to the NHS in Lanarkshire, support bureaux volunteers, produce quarterly statistical reports, carry out marketing and liaise with external organisations. 

Based in Clydesdale, the successful candidate will be able to travel throughout Lanarkshire in the promotion and delivery of the service.  They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be computer literate, also having extensive experience of advising clients on a range of issues and a good understanding of health related issues.
