The Money Advice Co-ordinator will require a clear commitment to the ideals of debt and poverty reduction in the community and to customer care. Experience of dealing with all sections of the public including vulnerable groups in challenging circumstances is required together with the ability to deal with people in a tactful and sensitive manner in crisis situations.
The Money Advice Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the money advice service and for providing options to clients on solutions for resolution of their debts including assisting with legislative processes.
