Hero Project Coordinator (Full Time, Fiexed Term), East Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau

The HERO Project Co-ordinator will work closely with various council departments and relevant other partners to deliver a co-ordinated, rolling programme of practical assistance in accessible community venues to help build skills and resilience amongst vulnerable and at risk claimants in East Renfrewshire who are most likely to experience problems with Universal Credit. The HERO Project Co-ordinator will target groups of people who we know are most likely to require help to apply for welfare benefits online and/or who are most likely to struggle with money budgeting skills.
