Stirling District Citizens Advice Bureau Ltd's proposed  Financial Capacity Builder Project aims to improve the financial and independent living skills, the financial wellbeing, financial resiliance, financial inclusion, and financial capacity of people on low incomes living in the deprived areas in Stirling and its environments who are accessing Crisis Food Bank to survive. It seeks to inform,enable and empower the community and address the underlying financial issues that drive Food Bank dependency.
