More about the job

About the job

Citizens Advice and Right Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.  Our service continues to grow and expand, and we are now excited to recruit 3 Financial Inclusion Workers to join our busy service delivery team. One post will work within health settings, one post within education settings and one post with a variety of external organisations.

You will have a good standard of education, high quality personal skills and the desire to improve lives.  Experience of working in an advice giving capacity and/or knowledge of the social security system is essential for this post.

A clear understanding of the importance of excellence in service delivery is paramount to success in this role, alongside the drive to improve continuously and respond to the advice needs of local communities.

You will be able to communicate complex information in a manner easily understood, whilst always mindful of the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Bureau and CARF. Committed and results driven, the successful candidates will be able to work independently as well as supporting the Financial Inclusion Team  to deliver CARF’s vision and values.
