Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS), our 61 member Citizen Advice Bureaux (CAB), the Citizen Advice consumer service, and the Extra Help Unit, form Scotland’s largest independent advice network. We are currently recruiting for the post of Finance Administrator, on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
This is a great opportunity to join the CAS finance team to provide financial administration support.
The successful candidate will be required to process payroll entries and prepare payment runs, prepare payroll balance sheet analysis and reconciliations for review as well as to process purchase and sales invoices.
The post holder will also prepare Supplier payment runs in line with the schedule and the aged creditors and debtors analysis and reconciliation for review.
You will also be required to process transactions, undertake analysis and produce reports using financial and other data for the Finance department actively supporting the Finance Manager in the production of the Management and Annual accounts.
This role enables the development of finance skills, in a busy finance environment. The position would suit an enthusiastic and competent administrator with outstanding attention to detail and a great ability to analyse financial data and produce reports as well as to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
