The purpose of the role is to develop a package of digital service delivery methods that will support the bureau to adapt its services post COVID-19 and enable the continuation of the delivery of high-quality services via helpline, webchat, email and video conferencing. These delivery methods will ensure the smooth client journey for those who need to access our service and compliment a face to face service for those who require it.
