Board of Directors (Voluntary), Clackmannanshire Citizens Advice Bureau

Clackmannanshire Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) are looking for dynamic individuals to join their Board of Directors and assist with the strategic direction and future development of the Bureau.

Clackmannanshire CAB is a leading information and advice provider in the Clackmannanshire area. The Board is made up of people from a range of professional backgrounds and currently has vacancies for new members.

The Board are seeking applications from individuals residing in Clackmannanshire and surrounding areas and are interested in those with skills and experience of organisational development and an awareness of charity law and third sector. We are particularly interested in those with knowledge of local issues and experience in good governance, company and charity law, financial management, public relations, marketing, digital developments, legal expertise and Strategic Development.

Candidates should be 18 or over and either live or work in our operating area of Clackmannanshire locality or surrounding areas.

Trustees meet five times a year with meetings held in the evening at Clackmannanshire CAB. In addition, Directors are expected to attend Annual General Meeting and participate in development and training sessions.

The position is voluntary and reasonable travel expenses will be paid. All Directors are required to be members of Clackmannanshire Citizens Advice Bureau. There are no fees associated in becoming a member of Clackmannanshire CAB.
