Citizens Advice Edinburgh are recruiting for an Administrator to work predominantly in our Dalmeny Street Bureau, supporting the delivery of our Universal Credit (Universal Support) services and general administration for the organisation.  

The role will have a broad remit, subject to the needs of the organisation.  The role currently has a large focus on supporting the needs of our Universal Support Team, who provide advice and support to clients claiming Universal Credit.  The role will involve supporting a team of advisers with administrative tasks, as well as administrating client feedback, funding and impact reports and producing promotion and awareness raising materials.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to correspond professionally, comprehensive excel skills, knowledge and experience of advice services and have strong administrative and numerical skills.
