This post will require general administration duties, telephone answering and to provide support at Reception.
It will include typing, copying, scanning, incoming / outgoing mail, taking messages, spreadsheets, emails, appointments, diaries, duty rotas, statistics, case monitoring, preparing reports, recording expenses claims, petty cash, maintaining staff records for holidays / other absences, maintaining adequate stationery stocks and supporting volunteer advisers by admin support.
Support and back-up for Reception will be required which is face to face with the public. Accepting training and delivering training when appropriate.
