Patient Advice and Support Service Annual Report 2017/18

Citizens Advice Scotland delivers free, independent, confidential advice and support for patients of the NHS in Scotland through the Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS). 

PASS supports clients in their interactions with the NHS through a network of Patient Advisers across the country, delivering advice via the PASS helpline, by chat, email, and within Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux. In 2017/18, PASS supported 3,151 clients.
