Patient Advice and Support Service Annual Report 2016/17

Citizens Advice Scotland delivers free, independent, confidential advice and support for patients of the NHS in Scotland through the Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS). 

PASS supports clients in their interactions with the NHS through a network of Patient Advisers across the country, delivering advice online, on the phone, and within Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux. In 2016/17, PASS supported 2845 clients. 95% of respondents to our client survey said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the PASS service.
