The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) is delivered by the Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) service. It is an independent service here to help you. Anyone who uses the NHS in Scotland can be provided with free and confidential information, advice and support.
Our PASS team promote an awareness and understanding of the rights and responsibilities of patients and advise those who wish to raise concerns, make a complaint, and give feedback or comments about an NHS treatment.
The Patient Advice and Support and Service is overseen by a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisory Group. In 2017/18, PASS supported 3,151 clients. Download our 2017/18 Annual Report, Annual Report appendix or Client Feedback Report.
