"All Flybe flights have now been cancelled, and customers are being advised not to travel to the airports. To have a holiday or business trip disrupted is distressing enough, but people should not be left out of pocket. The Civil Aviation Authority has advice on its website today about how people may be able to claim back their ticket prices (see below).
"Flybe employees also have rights, which need to be respected. The UK government sets these out on its website. We would urge that the Flybe administrators ensure as a priority that both customers and employers are treated fairly throughout this process."
