training Supervisor (Part Time, Fixed Term), CAB West Lothian

Citizens Advice Bureau West Lothian are looking to recruit a Training Supervisor to join the Management team to meet the Operational needs and requirements of the expanding Bureau.

The post holder will develop, design and deliver training programme which meets the training and development needs of paid and unpaid staff including Board of Directors.  They will also be responsible for ensuring that all generalist advice services meets quality of advice standards.

The successful application will have experience of designing and developing training and have worked in a CAB or other advice agency.  It is also essential that they have experience of working with volunteers and excellent communication and organisational abilities.
