We are currently recruiting for the post of Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) Project Officer on a fixed term basis until the end of September 2017.

The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) will provide support to clients to give feedback, comments, raise concerns or make complaints about NHS treatment in Scotland.  They support the PASS National Coordinator to ensure the effective delivery of the PASS contract.

As a PASS Project Officer you will co-ordinate and collect data about the activity of PASS; computing the statistics and compiling statistical reports. Additionally, the postholder will be responsible for maintaining communication between Patient Advisers and bureau managers and provide advice, information and support for the effective delivery of PASS.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills evidenced via report writing as well as planning and organising skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with others.
