Patient Advice and Support Service Adviser (Full Time, Fixed Term), East Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau

Patient Advisers will work with the Citizens Advice bureaux in their local health board area. The Patient Adviser will provide advice and information to clients who wish to give feedback or comments, or raise concerns or complaints to the NHS, support bureaux volunteers, produce quarterly statistical reports, carry out marketing and liaise with external organisations.

As this post incorporates three bureau areas there will be a significant amount of travel to undertake. The successful post holder must therefore have a valid driving licence and use of a vehicle.
