About the job

Due to additional funding becoming available a post has been created to deliver Money and Benefits advice on an appointment basis to clients who have been affected by Welfare Reform changes. The funding for the post is provided by Citizens Advice Scotland until March 2016.

The post will be based in Bishopbriggs CAB, although there may be a requirement to deliver the service throughout East Dunbartonshire.

A working knowledge of Money/Benefits advice and associated legislation is essential, as are excellent communication skills, also an understanding of the Welfare Reform agenda.

Current driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
