About the job

Kincardine and Mearns Citizens Advice Bureau are looking for enthusiastic, socially aware individuals to join our expanding team. This is a time of exciting development for the bureau and we are looking for candidates who would like a challenging role and who will gain satisfaction from working to help meet the needs of those living and working in our community.  

This is an exciting new role which will ensure the provision of robust quality advice and information service to those living in Kincardine and Mearns. The post holder will be responsible for providing one to one advice to members of the public in our outreach and managing a case load of those accessing debt and benefits advice. This is a busy and challenging role and the applicant needs to have good time management skills, be able to manage a caseload and be able to excel in a busy working environment.
