East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau is recruiting a Manager for its offices in Kilmarnock and Cumnock as well as its outreach services.

The successful candidate will be able to work within an exciting and challenging environment; be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with proven managerial experience. Fundraising and experience in the voluntary sector would be advantageous.

About the employer

East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) provides quality advice, information, practical assistance and representation to the people of East Ayrshire on a wide range of issues.

It operates from two offices, one in Kilmarnock and one in Cumnock.  Additionally there are 5 regular outreach surgeries: Dalmellington, Drongan, Muirkirk, New Cumnock and Patna.

The bureau’s Board of Management comprises members of the public with relevant skills and experience, the bureau Manager, representatives from other local organisations, volunteer members and local Councillors with the role of advisers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council. The Board of Management take decisions on strategic direction and set key priorities.
