Summary

The purpose of the Scottish Civil Courts Review is to improve access to justice in relation to the Civil Court system. This consultation sets out what the Review considers to be the most important issues that should be examined in order to identify and assess possible options for change. The consultation also aims to identify gaps in knowledge about the performance of the current system. The CAS response focuses on the value of early intervention and the benefits of Court based advice services.
