Invitation to tender – Research Reviewing Energy Efficiency and Fuel Poverty Programmes in Scotland

Please note that the closing date for all clarification questions is 5pm on Monday 23rd November 2015.

We undertake to try to respond to all clarification questions no later than close of business on Wednesday 25th November 2015.

The closing date for receipt of all tenders is 5pm on Wednesday 2nd December.
