The Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland work plan for 2016/17

Following our earlier consultation, we are pleased to launch our Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland work plan for 2016/17, covering our work in energy, post and water.

Our watchwords for this plan are additionality, accountability and impact. We believe that our work adds huge value to that of regulators and policymakers in government and this plan aims to maximise this. We see particular value in our breadth of perspective, the salience and trust of the Citizens Advice brand across the GB, our roots in communities across the country and the unrivaled real time data this work creates.

When it comes to the content of our plan, one question cuts across all of our work this year: how do you improve consumer outcomes?
