We work with anyone who has a complaint or feedback regarding services provided by the NHS in Scotland.

Our PASS Advisers are here to ensure you feel listened to, supported, and respected when raising concerns about difficult experiences.

The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) promotes an awareness and understanding of the rights and responsibilities of patients and advise those who wish to raise concerns, make a complaint, and give feedback or comments about an NHS treatment or service.

We are an independent service, delivered by the citizen’s advice network. Our team cannot provide legal advice, but PASS Advisers provide free specialist support, both via our advice line and through face-to-face appointments in local citizens advice bureau.
