Foundation Scotland: hardship grant for flood recovery

Foundation Scotland has set up a Flood Recovery Fund to relieve hardship across Scotland caused directly or indirectly by storm damage and flooding in December 2015 and early 2016. The fund is open to individuals or families, and community organisations involved in the flood relief effort.

Grants of up to £500 are available for eligible individuals or families. This is in addition to claiming the £1500 grant from the Scottish Government that is administered by local authorities.

·         the priority given to certain groups, for example older people, children and those on certain benefits

·         who to contact with any queries.

Grants are also available for voluntary and community groups.
