Scottish CAB service - job vacancies

The Scottish CAB service is mainly staffed by volunteers, but we still employ over 400 people all over the country.

Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.  The majority of our staff are based in the Edinburgh office.  Some members of staff also work mainly from home.

In addition, there are citizens advice bureaux in almost every local authority area.  Paid staffing levels differ greatly between bureaux, and are dependent on both the size of the bureau and the level of funding it has been able to secure.

The range of paid jobs within the Service includes:

  • bureau managers
  • deputy managers
  • administrators
  • specialist staff, like money advisers

Using this page, you can find out about paid vacancies across the whole of the Scottish CAB service.  If any of the posts listed below interest you, then simply click on the relevant link to find out more.

If you would like to volunteer for your local CAB, then visit the be a volunteer section of this website or contact your local bureau.
