CARF offers a combination of pre-arranged appointments to deal with complex and /or time consuming enquiries and a drop-in service where no appointment is necessary. If you need help completing a form or other paperwork, or if you think your problem may require an appointment please telephone our contact centre on 0845 1400 095 (09.30 - 16.00, Monday to Friday) or pop along to one of our drop-in sessions as listed to discuss whether or not a pre-arranged appointment would best suit your needs.
All CARF offices in Fife are for use by Fife residents only. Any resident of Fife is entitled to use any CARF office.
