Contact IASS

There are IASS caseworkers in every health board.  Between them, these caseworkers cover every citizens advice bureau in Scotland.  You can contact them at your local citizens advice bureau.

IASS caseworkers can provide you with leaflets about the service they offer in your health board in English, a range of community languages, Braille, BSL or as an audio file.  These are available from Citizens Advice Scotland (see contact details below).

There is also an IASS Development Worker, Christine Lang and an IASS Administrative Assistant, Lisa Owen who are based at Citizens Advice Scotland, the umbrella organisation for Scottish bureaux.  You can download their contact details.
