Terms and conditions 2012
- All bookings submitted are provisional until confirmed by SCVO on behalf of Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS). Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you within one week of receipt of the booking.

- For those wishing to be invoiced for conference and accommodation fees, this must be paid at least 5 working days before the event (22nd February 2012). An invoice will be sent with your confirmation.
- A pre-conference pack which will contain further information about the conference will be emailed to all delegates approximately 3 weeks prior to the event (6th February). The pack will include, timings, confirmation of your booked sessions, and where appropriate any other elements such as dinner and accommodation requirements. A hard copy is available on request.
- To qualify for the Early Bird Discount rate online and postal bookings must be received no later than 31st December 2011. Any online or postal bookings received after this date will be subject to the standard conference rate.
- Any bookings which are cancelled after the 14th January 2012 will be liable for 90% of the booking fee.
- Any cancellations made prior to 31st December 2011 will be entitled to a full refund.
- Delegate substitutions are permitted with no extra fee if made up to 5 working days prior to the event.
- Any substitutions made within 5 working days of the event will be liable to a £10.00 administration fee.

- Every effort is made to offer the programme as advertised, but some changes may be unavoidable. Wherever possible, these will be indicated in advance. CAS reserves the right to change or cancel content on the day if necessary.
- Please note that allocations to hotels will be made on a first come, first served basis, if your first choice of hotel is not available we will contact you within a week of your booking to discuss other options available.
- We will not pass on your personal details to any third party without your permission.
