The Scottish CAB Service conference has returned – join the debate
Citizens Advice Scotland and its member bureaux are renowned for the delivery of a first-rate and highly trusted advice service that is free at the point of need. Our evidence-based social policy work provides vital information to all levels of government and other institutions and organisations. Our work helps shape current and future laws, policies and procedures.
Our annual conference is therefore an essential event for anyone who deals with or is interested in the vital work of delivering advice services and social policy work in Scotland. We very much welcome the participation and input of parliamentarians and councillors, voluntary sector organisations, and civil servants at our conference.
This conference will consider our work within the broader political, social and economic context of Scotland in 2012. Welfare reform, changes to the delivery of debt and money advice, new arrangements for consumer rights support: all huge changes are coming that will affect Scotland’s people, organisations and services. We want you to join the debate.
